Registration open for Leadership Fairfield County 2019!!

Leadership Fairfield County is a professional development program that broadens the skills and perspectives of organizational leaders and provides the region with individuals who are prepared to serve as catalysts for positive change. Established in 1992 by The Business Council of Fairfield County, LFC has served more than 500 executives from 175+ companies, non-profit organizations and government agencies.

Each year, mid to senior level professionals are selected by their organizations to participate in this educational program. Class size is limited to 25. Participants receive exposure to the critical issues facing Fairfield County through on-site visits, moderated interaction with working professionals, lectures, discussion groups, and other leadership development activities. Participants are encouraged to actively engage presenters in dialogue and take advantage of their expertise by asking thoughtful and though provoking questions.

Using an experiential learning model, the class will be on-site at locations throughout Fairfield County and Hartford such as K-12 schools, colleges, entrepreneurial spaces, the State Capitol, a hospital, and a correctional facility.
